Mattaeus Pascuzzo

Veterinary Student, Completing a Bachelor of Veterinary Biology/Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at Sydney University

Mattaeus was born in a Sydney and attended St Augustine’s College in the Northern Beaches. Now he is at the University of Sydney completing his Bachelor of Veterinary Biology/Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. With a strong passion for science and altruism he cannot wait to complete his degree and embark on his veterinarian journey.

Mattaeus has grown up with many types of animals in his household. When he was young, his family kept chickens and a rooster, then progressed to a British Blue cat named Chelsea and a Japanese Spitz named Yogi. Currently, Mattaeus has two British Shorthairs: Monty and Lola, which he adores.

Music has been incorporated into Mattaeus’ life from a young age. He started playing the piano at 6 years old and continues to play today. He also picked up guitar and sings, which led him to musical theatre which he loved. Fun fact: Mattaeus was in an a Capella group for 5 years.  In his musical career, he has performed at many eisteddfods, concerts, and even the Opera House.
